Oh man I remember that! But for the life of me I can't remember which episode it was from. I know that they were trying to get something from the 6th graders and had to trade that picture for it.

Yeah, there was some person from kindergarden being released from...prison, I guess. And the Usual Gang bribed everyone to protect them. It even had a Christopher Pike reference in it, so it was almost anal in its self-reference.

But not anal in the way that other thread was going. Waitress, check please!

Aha! Now I remember which one it is! They blame a fire that they set in kindergarden on the class bully and he goes to juvenile hall. I remember the kindergarden teacher gets badly badly burned and becomes a vegetable. It's one of the more disturbingly funny episodes.
